Sprouted Green gram/green moong paratha step by step

  1. In a pan add some oil,add in mustard seeds,asafetida,turmeric and salt.Add sprouts and add little bit water and just sauté them for few minutes (5-10)..

Now in a food processor,add cooked sprouts,1/2 onion,chopped cilantro,white seasame seeds,shredded coconut,chat Masala,red chili powder and salt.Process It together.It will form coarse mixture.In a bowl add mash boiled potatoes and add in sprouts coarse mixture and,lemon juice and mix it together.Stuffing is already to make paratha..

  3. Put a tawa,take a small portion of chapati dough and roll it,add in stuffing and put some cheese on top.Bring all edges together.Now add some black seasame seeds down side and start rolling paratha.Once rolled put on tawa and cook it in both the sides.Enjoy this healthy and fulfilling paratha..

  5. Rolled paratha,ready to go on tawa..

  6. Roast it on both side..

  7. All ready to enjoy,with your favorite dipping sauce/yogurt with little sprinkle of salt and red chili powder/pickle..
