You need 5 of Boiled Potatoes.

You need as per taste of Chopped Green chillies.

Make simple wheat flour dough..

For Aloo Stuffing.

Heat pan and oil with cumin seeds..

Saute onions and green chillies in oil for 3 minutes..

Add boiled potatoes in the pan..

Add all the spices mentioned above in the pan..

Mix the potatoes with spices for two more minutes. And aloo masala is ready..

Roll rotis out of the Wheat flour dough..

Fill stuffing into the rotis..

Saute the parathas on pan with oil/ ghee/ butter..

Cook it properly from both the sides until it gets red-brown..

Serve the Aloo Parathas hot with tomato chutney/ ketchup/green chili and coriander chutney or you can eat it as it is..
