Though it is mainly served as breakfast but can be had at any time -lunch, dinner, tiffin box it can be enjoyed any time.

Gobhi paratha is a pan fried stuffed Indian bread.

Ingredients of Gobhi paratha with mitha Dahi

  1. It’s 2 cups of Wheat flour.

  2. It’s as required of Water.

  3. It’s 1 of Cauliflower.

  4. It’s 1 tsp of Curd.

  5. Prepare as per taste of Salt.

  6. Prepare As needed of Fennel powder.

  7. You need 1 tbsp of Mirchi powder.

  8. It’s 1 tsp of Jeera.

  9. You need 1 tsp of Black pepper,sugar.

  1. Add salt in the wheat flour.Add water and make a nice dough..

  2. Cut the couliflour.Clean it nicely.Boil it in water to kill germs if any..

  3. Give a nice boil and wash it 2-3 times. Grate it with a kasni..

  4. Add the masalas. Give it a nice mix. Keep aside. Wait for sometime or use a cloth to soak the water and then add the masala..

  5. Keep the tawa in the gas and turn it on. Make two small balls of the dough. Gently roll them separately..

  6. Two one side apply ghee or butter. Then place Gobhi filling.Cover with another layer. Press the boundary gently..

  7. Roll out the paratha with a soft hand. Apply ghee on the tawa. Place the paratha on the tawa. Let it cook in medium flame..

  8. The paratha cooks on medium flame. Turn to another side. Apply ghee.press nicely with a jhariya.

  9. See how beautifully the paratha gets cooked..

  10. Take dahi in a bowl.add sugar and black pepper to it. Serve hot..
