In a bowl take wheat flour.Now add malai,salt,pepper powder, cumin seeds and mix all the ingredients very well.Now add little water at a time and knead a hard dough..

Cover it for 10 min, after that divide the dough into six portions and roll the parathas slightly thick as shown in picture.

Heat a tawa and switch the flame low to medium and put paratha,let it cook slowly,flip to other side and cook the paratha by applying ghee to both sides..
