Ingredients of Pork Sinigang

  1. Prepare 1 lb of pork.

  2. You need 3 cloves of garlic crushed.

  4. It’s 4-5 of small ripe tomatoes.

  5. You need 2 of medium egg plant cut in half.

  6. Prepare 2 bunch of bok choi.

  7. You need 1 pcs of large Daikon radish sliced.

  8. It’s 10 of small taro leaves.

  9. You need 2-3 cups of water.

  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of fish oil.

  12. It’s of I packet mama Sita tamarind mix.

Pork Sinigang step by step

  1. Take a large pot add water and boil the pork removing fatty contents along the way. Let it boil until meat is nice and tender.

  2. Cut up onions and garlic and the rest of the vegetable while the meat is boiling.

  3. When the meat is ready add onions, garlic and tomatoes and let it simmer for 5 minutes then add your Mama Sitas Sampalok Seasoning.

  4. Add the Daikon first and simmer for 2 minutes then the eggplant, bok choi and taro leaves in that exact order and simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. When the vegetable are almost cooked add the chili and put fire on low and let it simmer for 5 more minutes.

  6. Add fish oil for taste and let it simmer for 1 minute then pour over white rice and enjoy!.
