Recipe: Tasty Masala Aloo Paratha Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Masala Aloo Paratha. Aloo Paratha is one of my favorite Paratha. This Aloo paratha commonly made in breakfast in my house, it is cooked at least one time in a week. Personally, I love to have it with fresh white butter (Makhan).

My mom's Tandoori Aloo Paratha is unbeatable.

Add cumin seeds,nigella seeds,coriander seeds,garam masala powder,red chili powder and mix well.

In bowl,add white flour,prepared spice mix,salt and mix until crumbled.

  1. It’s 3 of Potatoes.

  2. You need 1 of small radish.

  3. You need 1 of small onion.

  4. Prepare 1 tea spoon of jeera.

To make the Masala Aloo Paratha.

Flatten the balls on the sides, place the stuffing in the center, seal well.

Heat a nonstick tawa and grease with oil.

Masala Aloo Paratha step by step

  1. In a bowl take wheat flour, salt, oil and water as required knead the dough. Let it settle for 15 minutes..

  2. Grate the raddish keep it in a plate.

  3. Grate 3/4th of onion keep it aside.

  4. Add salt to radish and onion let the water content should go completely so squeeze it after 5 minutes.

  5. Boil and remove peel of potatoes, and then mash it..

  6. Now heat a pan add oil, jeera, finely chopped onion (from 1/4th onion), ginger garlic paste, curry leaves saute it for a while. Then add turmericpowder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt to taste, Then add squeezed onion and radish saute it until the raw smell completely vanish. Then add mashed potatoes mix it, switch off the flame add coriander leaves..

  7. Now stuff aloo masala in dough prepare paratha, cook it on both the sides of paratha. Masala Aloo Paratha is ready.

Cook the stuffed paratha on both sides with ghee.
