Qeema Paratha.. Masala kheema (also known as keema or qeema) is a spicy minced meat and paratha is a popular Indian flatbread. The two come together in this simple recipe. Kheema parathas are meat and bread rolled into one and the perfect wholesome food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Make other Indian Breads like Tawa Paratha , Masala Paratha or Kerala Parotta as well.
For preparing the Keema paratha, firstly mix the dough for the paratha.
Take all wheat flour (atta), add little oil, pinch salt, and water.

Prepare of Leftover qeema.

Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped.

Prepare 1 of small onion chopped.

It’s 1 tbspn of fresh coriander chopped.

It’s of Salt as per taste.

It’s 1/4 of th tsp Red chilli powder.

Prepare of Ghee as required.
Knead nicely to form soft dough.

In a bowl add some qeema, chopped coriander, chopped green chilli,onion,salt and red chilli powder and mix it well..

Make two small balls from the kneaded flour and roll it as a small roti and fill it with the mixture..

Cover the mixtured roti with other rolled roti..

Roll again and make it bigger then put it on tawwa. Let it cook for some time on low flame and then put some ghee on both sides..

Paratha ready. serve it with some green chutney and pickle. Enjoy.
