This is really easy to make,but it take a bit of time…Usually we will be having regular chappati,but this one will be a change for that…I served it with.
Wheat Parotta / Lachha Paratha step by step

In a wide bowl add wheat flour, salt, sugar, curd and 2 Tbsp Oil. Mix well..

Then add water at intervals to knead the dough. Knead it to a soft dough..

Close the bowl with a lid and let it sit for 5 mins..

Again open the lid and knead for another 5 mins and close with a lid..

Now open the lid and knead one more time. Make small balls out of it..

Flatten the balls as thin as possible by dusting it with some flour..

Spread some oil evenly on it. Make slits for every 1/2 inch with a knife and fold like pleats..

Roll it and keep aside for 20mins..

Flatten them gently but not so thin and toast it in hot tawa on both sides..

Now its ready to serve. Serve it with veg kuruma or chicken gravy or chicken salna or empty salna..
