Kulcha is a type of mildly leavened flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent.

You can cook Kulcha Paratha💗😋 using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you cook it.

Ingredients of Kulcha Paratha💗😋

  1. It’s 2 cups of Plain flour.

  2. You need Half of tspn salt.

  3. It’s half of tspn sugar.

  4. Prepare 2 of tabl spn desi ghee/oil/ghee.

  5. Prepare Half of tsp nigella seeds.

  6. You need Half of cup Milk or as required.

Kulcha is made from maida flour, water, a pinch of salt and a leavening agent (yeast or old kulcha dough), mixed together by hand to make a very tight dough.

This dough is covered with a wet cloth and left to stand for an hour or so in a warm place.

For Aloo kulcha we use plain flour for making the outer cover.

Also to the flour, curd, baking soda and warm milk is added.

Kulcha Paratha💗😋 step by step

  1. Brtan me maida nmak cheeni kalonji ghee dal kar mix karein.

  2. Room temprature wala dudh use krna hy na gram na thanda.

  3. Gradually thora thora dudh dal kar zra soft aata gondh lein.

  4. 15 minute knead karein achi trah phr oil lagake dhak dein.

  5. Adha ghnta rest dein or prathy ki trah ghee lgayen or apni psnd ki shape sy pera bana lein.

  6. 10 minute rest dein or roll kar ke gram tawy py paka lein desi ghee ya oil lagake fry kar lein.

  7. Kisi b salan ya kbab ke sath enjoy karein chai ke sath b bht mza deta hy😊.

But for Aloo paratha, the dough is made of normal whole wheat flour.

You can use the same potato mixture for both Kulcha and Aloo paratha.

This same dough can be used for no yeast pizza recipe too.

To avoid watery bottom, always keep kulcha in a bamboo basket or over a clean kitchen cloth or wire rack.
