  4. To a pan or kadai add oil,mustard seeds, chanadal, urad dal, Asafoetida powder, peanuts, chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder,dry grated coconut all these will splutter and mix well.

  5. Now add Prepared Tamarind poha mix and mix evenly (mix well) and add chopped coriander leaves for garnish.. Now tasty Sweet and Tangy Tamarind Poha is ready to serve….
