  2. See dark green part of leaves on upper side.

Put oil in pan add mustard seeds, hing and chopped lahsun add turai stir it add salt haldi Lal Mirchi powder again stir and add Water 1st boil add patra cover lid for 5 to 7 mins check it now add dhaniya powder and some red chilli powder stir it and ready to serve garnish with fresh Coriander..
