Chicken tandoori masala is an analogous recipe of ckicken tikka masala.

Chicken tandoori gravy instructions

Marinate chicken with all spices, salt, ginger garlic paste, roasted gram flour, square cut bell pepper, Square cut onion..

Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes..

Grind cashew with little water and make fine paste of it..

In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add chopped onions till light golden, add chopped,tomatoes cook till soften..

Add cashew paste, all spices, salt and cook on high flame..

Let masala cool down, and grind to a fine paste..

Now in same pan heat 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry chicken till done on both sides. (if needed add more oil to shallow fry).

Now in other pan heat 2 tbsp oil,add prepared grinded paste, 1/2 cup water and cook till oil separates..

Now add in shallow fried chicken,simmer till 10 minutes..

Switch off the flame. Pour cream on chicken just before serving..
