Let it cool down for 5-10 minutes. When it is a little warm,take a thick plastic paper and put the mixture on it and cover it with half if the paper and press and slide the paper and make it smooth..

Make a big ball of it like a chappati and roll it thick.You may keep it thin as per your choice.Let it cool down for 10-15..
