In a pressure cooker,add kathal,which is all ready peeled,soaked dal,& all dry spices..

Add 1 chopped onion,8 garlic,& ginger,add 1 pinch haldi powder.lid it,cook it with 1 glass of water for 15 mins..

Now take a peice of koal burnt it on the gas flame.put it in a small bowl & set it in the kathal mixture bowl,add 1 tsp desi ghee some long cover it for 10 mins for smoking flavor..

After 10 mins open it.make small balls from this and roll it in the coarsely griended kaju,badam..

Roast it on the medium hot griddle,both side,with the help of ghee..
