  1. First for making the rosogolla. Take 1 ltr cow milk and make chana out of it by using lemon. Then put it in a fine cloth tie it and cover it with something heavy so tha the water drains out. Now add very little madia and mash the chana for quite some times. So that it cans be made into balls..

  2. Now in a pan take the milk for the kheer and keep on boiling. Whenever Malai starts falling remove it to the side of the vessel. Keep on string it so that the milk is not burned. When the milk is recuded to 3/4 then add the khoya kheer. Keep on string. Low the flame.

  3. Now add the sugar and then the chana balls. Let the milk get into the balls..

  4. The milk will get inside the chana balls. The milk should be thick enough bcoz after adding orange juice it will become thin..

  5. Now after cooling add the orange juice and the small slices of oranges(remove the seeds and skin).

  6. Ready to serve..
