  1. In a heat pan put oil, add cumin seeds, crackle it..

  2. Add clove & cardamoms..

  3. Add onion Fry it pink,add ginger garlic, saute it..

  4. Add dry spices, sprinkle some water.Fry it 1 miniute..

  5. Add tomato griended capsicum,Fry it 2 miniutes..

  6. Add all vegies,Fry it 2 miniutes..

  7. Add kaju,magaz paste,cook it 1 miniute..

  8. Now add khoya,& curd mix it well.flame should be slow..

  9. Add salt,& some water.lid it 5 miniutes..

  10. Now remove it from the flame.add malai & mix it well..

  11. Serve it in a plate, garnish it with coriander leaf..

  12. It is a seasonal, healthy, delicious,dish..

  13. It will go with paranthe very well,& served any time..

The sabzi can be made with or without a gravy.
