Ingredients of Shahi malai kofta

  1. It’s 100 gm of paneer.

  2. It’s 250gm of khoya.

  3. You need 1 tbsp of maida.

  4. You need 1cup of tomato puree.

  5. Prepare One teaspoon of Garam Masala.

  6. You need to taste of Salt.

  7. It’s of Chopped dry fruits.

  8. You need of Oil for frying.

  9. Prepare Half teaspoon of turmeric powder.

  10. It’s Half teaspoon of red chilli powder.

  11. You need One teaspoon of ginger paste.

  12. Prepare 1 inch of dalchini Ka Tukda.

  13. It’s 1 tablespoons of chopped coriander leaves.

  14. You need Half teaspoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder.

  15. It’s One tablespoon of Kaju ka paste.

Make gravy ahead of time (same day or a day before).

If made a day or two before then store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

Shape the koftas, arrange them on tray, cover, and store in the refrigerator.

If made a week before then you can freeze them.

Shahi malai kofta instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and add the Khoya paneer and maida and mix well..

  2. Ab iske chhote Chote balls bana lenge Ar usme Dry fruit bhar denge..

  3. Ar in balls ko Lowe flame Par goldan brown hone tak fry kar lenge..

  4. Ab ek pan me oil garam karein Ar dalchini tejpatta dal kar usme tamatar puori dal de Ar bhun Le..

  5. Add the turrmuric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmir red chilli powder. And mix well..

  6. Add the kahu paste and salt and water and boiling the low flame..

  7. Add the kofta balls and 2 min cooked..

  8. Ab gas band kar de.and garnish the leaves.

  9. Served the hot Malai Kofta with Nan and lachha paratha.
