  11. It’s 1 tbsp of thick curd.

  12. You need 1 of egg.

  13. You need 200 ml of oil for frying kebabs.

Chicken Kebab step by step

  1. Take chicken and soaked dal in a pan.Add 2 cups water along with red chillies,cumin seeds,bay leaves,cinnamon stick and salt..

  2. When boiled,lower the flame and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.Dry water if any..

  3. Take out chicken in a grinder,discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick..

  4. Add remaining ingredients exept coriander leaves.Grind till smooth..

  5. Take out chicken from grinder,add coriander leaves.Make 8-10kebabs..

  6. Heat oil in a pan.Fry kebabs till golden on medium flame..

  7. Serve with salad/chutney..

Chicken breasts: Thighs could be substituted they just need to grill a little longer.

Olive oil: This adds flavor and helps prevent exterior of chicken drying out.
