First soak the leagues in water over ngt,drain the water next day and put the leagues in cotton cloth and wrap tightly and hang for at least 1day next day y will find sprouts come out and its ready to make.

Then in pan add coconut and dry roast it cook till its turn pinkish the in other pan put oil sliced onions,garlic,ginger and cook till it's brown and then add chopped tomatoes.

Cool the masala and grind in mixture with dry coconut and prepare fine paste out of it in pan take oil,cumin seeds,red chilli pow cook and add paste in it along all dry masalas.

On other side in cooker put sprouts,water,haldi and little salt and give only 1 to 2 whistle and close the gas.

Cook the masala then add boil sprouts in the gravy add water to prepare gravy cook in slow flame for 10 to 20 minutes.

Garnish it with any namkeen and your sprouts leagues is ready to serve.
