Lovongo lotika step by step

First mix maida, salt, oil, mix it well. Now add ater slowly to make a smooth dough and rest it for 30 mins..

Now take a non stick pan in low flame put the khoa, stir it for 2-3 mins than add suji, and again stir for 2-3 mins. Now add the kaju and kismis and mix well..

Now keep the filling mixture to cool.

For the dough make 8 equal balls. Roll them into thin rotis. Put filling mixture appx - 25 gms in each roti. Fold it from the side. Lock it with water. Than fold it the opposite side and lock with water to form a packet. Than place a laung on it..

For the sugar syrup. Take sugar and water in a non stick pan and boil it on med flame. Close the lid. Boil it till the syrup becomes slightly thick. Like 2 tar..

Than take the kadai and heat oil. Fry the lovongo lotika till golden brown..

Than put the lovongo lotika in sugar syrup. Coat well both the sides with the sugar syrup and take them out..
