Mix crushed peanut,sesame, coconut, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, garlic ginger and chilli paste, red chilli powder garam masala,cinnamonpowder,asafoetida, sugar, salt, carrom seeds 1tsp, coriander powder, green garlic 1cup, coriander leaves 1cup, oil 1tbs. Mix well..

Take ¼ masala and stuff this mix Masala in brinjal and banana, cut purple yam and sweet potatoes into 1 inch piece and spread ¼ mix masala, remaining spread half masala to papdi..

Heat oil in deep heavy bottom pan add carom seeds when splutter add half papdi stir for 2 minutes, now make layer of stuff brinjal, sweet potatoes, purple yam cover it with left papdi,add 1/4 cup water and cover it with lid..

Cook it for 40 minutes at low flame..

After 40min. add methi muthiya and stuff banana again cover with lid for 10 minutes..

Garnish it with green garlic and coriander leaves..
