Prepare 1/2 cupGram of Gram flour.

You need 1 cup of Boiled shredded chicken.

You need 3/4 cup of Onion chopped.

You need 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves chopped.

It’s 1/8 tsp of Baking soda.

It’s 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.

It’s 1/2 tsp of turmeric.

Take all the spices in a mixing bowl. now add 1/4th cup of chopped coriander leaves to it..

Followed by 1/2 cup of gram flour, 3/4th cup of chopped onions and 1 cup of shredded chicken..

And finish it off with baking soda..

Add water accordingly and make a thick batter..

Add a tablespoon of the batter to hot oil for deep frying..

Flip over and fry on the other side too until golden and crisp. Fry in batches..

Remove them onto a plate with a slotted spoon to drain off all the excess oil..
