Recipe: Appetizing Chicken Tikka Macaroni Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Chicken Tikka Macaroni. But this Chicken Tikka Masala Macaroni is exactly how I like to eat macaroni when I want to follow my clean eating diet and don't wish to work with many ingredients and want to cook dinner easily! This macaroni is in Pakistani Style, tossed with chicken, tikka marinade, and fresh veggies. Though macaroni itself does not has any taste, but we can make it delicate by adding other ingredients like vegetables, some sauce and cheese.

Macaroni makes in a different style because people eat macaroni in different tastes like mayo sauce macaroni, chicken fajita macaroni, Balti macaroni, minced mutton macaroni, chat macaroni, BB Q macaroni, Afghani macaroni, and also achari macaroni.

Ingredients of Chicken Tikka Macaroni

  1. You need 1 kg of chicken boneless.

  2. Prepare 2 packs of Macaroni.

  3. It’s 2 of large finely sliced Onions.

  4. You need 2 tbspn of ginger garlic paste.

  5. Prepare of Salt as per taste.

  6. It’s 1 tsp of black pepper powder.

  7. You need 1 tbspn of coriander crushed.

  8. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.

  9. Prepare of Tikka macaroni masala powder.

  10. Prepare 2 tbspn of Vinegar.

  11. You need 2 tbspn of Soya sauce.

  12. It’s 2 tbspn of Chili sauce.

  13. Prepare 1 of band Gobhi sliced.

  14. You need 2 of large capsicum.

  15. It’s 1 of large Carrot.

  16. It’s 3 of green chillies.

  17. You need 1/2 cup of ketchup.

  18. Prepare of Oil as required.

  19. It’s 3 of coal for smoke.

To really capture the chef's super fresh results, toast and grind whole spices with a mortar and pestle or in a coffee grinder.

Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat.

It's a spicy, tomato-based dish seasoned with garlic, ginger, fenugreek and garam masala.

In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with lemon juice and salt.

Chicken Tikka Macaroni step by step

  1. Boil macaroni and strain. Add 2 tspn oil to the boiled macaroni and mix it..

  2. Wash the chicken, par boil it and shred it..

  3. Capsicum,carrot and band gobi cut into small pieces/slices..

  4. Heat oil in a deep pan add onion fry it on medium flame till it turns golden brown and then add ginger garlic paste,green chillies,all spices,and veggies..

  5. After 5 minutes add shredded chicken,add soya,chilli sauce, ketchup and vinegar.. transfer macaroni into cooking pot mix it well..

  6. Heat the coals and give the coal smoke..

  7. Cover the cooking pot with lid and let it steam for 10 minutes on low flame..

  8. Serve it with soft drink and lemon..

  9. I usually add extra black pepper, soya sauce and chili sauce while mixing to make it taste even richer..

This step helps the meat to tenderise, resulting in juicier, chicken pieces.

This chicken and casserole takes minutes to make.

Just boil a pot of macaroni while cooking chicken on the side.
