  4. Red sauce : in a pan add oil,and all ingredients of red sauce one by one by frying it for 2 minutes and in last add tomato puree cook for 5 minutes..

  5. For making layers : Take a greased baking dish first spread some red sauce then white sauce then cover it by placing bread on it if any area left then cover it by cutting bread in half or accordingly..

  6. Now on bread spread red sauce then white sauce then processed cheese & sprinkle some mixed herbs. Then repeat this process again..

  7. Make any no. Of layers u want to make, minimum 2..

  8. Now bake it on preheated oven at 180 degree for 20-25 minutes..

  9. Serve hot..

  10. U can also make it by replacing bread with homemade pasta sheets. For pasta sheets : knead a dough by all purpose flour mix some salt in it & rest for 30 minutes by covering it with damp cloth..

  11. Now roll the dough as thin as possible cut in rectangular or square shape. Now cook it in boiling water mix 1 tbsp oil in it for 4-5 minutes and strain it put some normal water on it. Keep it on napkin for 15 minutes before use. Now use this sheet instead of bread..

  12. In red sauce u can add or skip any vegetables as per ur taste..
