  1. You need 1/2 kg of chicken breast.

  2. Prepare 4 of gloves garlic chopped.

  3. You need of I medium onions chopped.

  6. Prepare 1 tablespoon of curry masala.

  3. Oil your moin moin cups, place in a pot of boiling water, scoop the moin moin batter in the cups, a little bit about half way. Once all the moin moin cups are filled…use a foil to cover up the pot, this helps traps the steam in the pot…steam the moin moin for 25 -30 mins. And once its ready, removed from pots….

  4. Serve and enjoy with pap or coleslaw or oats. I had mine with coleslaw and it was just simply delicious😋👌🥂🍾.
