Heat oil in a wok, add crushed garlic and sautè till you see a slight change in colour. Add chicken cubes, corns, chilli flakes, black pepper, lemon juice & salt. Stir well and let it cook in its own water for 5 - 6 minutes on medium high heat. After the chicken is tender, add water and let it simmer until you see bubbles. Add cornflour at this point to change it's consistency (the mixture should not be runny but thick). Set aside and allow to cool.

Cook the puris on a non stick pan without any oil.
On a puri, spread mayonnaise all over, put the chicken mixture on one side and wrap it. Assemble as many as you like.
Place all rolls on a baking tray, top it with cheese in the center of each roll, sprinkle the garnish mix and bake till cheese melts & changes colour.
