DAHI phulki. Dahi Phulki is little different from Dahi Vada which slight change on ingredients. It is prepared from chickpea flour and spices. It is most famous dish for Ramadan as well as in Eid.

Ingredients of DAHI phulki

  1. It’s 250 gram of yogurt.

  2. It’s 2 tbsp of sugar.

  3. It’s 1 tbsp of milk.

  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of corn flour.

  5. You need 1 cup of dahi bondi.

  6. You need 1 tbsp of chaat masala.

Dahi Phulki is a savory dish made of gram flour dumplings dipped in a spicy yogurt dip.
