Baghari dahi phulkiyan step by step

  1. Take a bowl and add gram flour in it, add salt, red chilli, carom seeds.

  2. Now add water and make a thick smooth paste.

  3. Add 1 pinch of baking soda just before frying.

  4. Now heat oil and pour better for making phulkiyan with spoon according to desired.

  5. Deep fry them till golden brown. Than take out from oil and keep in a plate.

  6. Now take a bowl and add water and some salt in it and soak phulki in water till they become soft.

  7. In another bowl take yogurt.

  8. Add salt, red chilli flakes, chat masala, water and mix well.

  9. Now take out phulki from water and squeez all the water gently and soak in yogurt mixture.

  10. Prepare baghar with cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onions, red chilli, curry leaves and oil. When become golden brown than pour over dahi phulki and serve.
