Dahi phulkiyan instructions

  1. Take a bowl and seive gram flour.

  2. Add salt and red chilli into gram flour.

  3. Now mix water in gram flour gradually and make a thick better.

  4. Add baking soda just before frying and mix well.

  5. Now heat oil and pour better by your hand or spoon and fry phulki of desired size.

  6. When they turn golden take out from oil and keep it in a plate over tissue to soak extra oil. Repeat the procedure till all flour mixture finished.

  7. Now take a big bowl and add water into it, add some salt and mix. Than soak all the phulki into it for 5 minutes..

  8. After 5 minutes take phulki out from water by gently squeezing them from your hands to drain the water..

  9. Now Arrange these phulki into a serving dish and keep a side.

  10. Take another bowl and add yogurt into it whisk well and add salt and red chilli. Mix well.

  11. Add water into yogurt to get desired consistency.

  12. Now pour all the yogurt over arranged phulki and Sprinkle chat masala over it.

  13. Enjoy them in your iftar.
