Allow prawns to marinate for at least 30 minutes while you prepare the rest of your sandwich.

Remove the crusts from the bread, toast on both sides, then decide which is going to be your top, middle, and bottom slice.

Smear one side of the bottom slice with a thick layer of the Philadelphia cheese and season.

Add the lettuce to the middle slice, drizzle with the Thousand Island dressing, then add the tomatoes. Add the oil to a skillet and bring to a medium-high heat..

Turn the prawns. When theyre warmed through, remove from the skillet and add to the lettuce and tomatoes.
