  6. Sautee to your liking,take the remaining orange and squeeze its natural juices all over the veges as they sautee.

  7. Take a different skillet and add 2 tsps of butter,once heated..crack eggs into pan and season with a multi seasoning of your choice..I used a array of seasonings,including tajin..

  8. It is so good and bursting with a nice lime citrusy flavor.

  9. Once veges are sauteed place on a plate,place sunny side up eggs on top and place the fish around the eggs.
