Kungpow Pork (non-spicy) instructions

  1. Marinade meat with soy sauce, Oyster sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, rice wine.

  2. Add a little oil into pot topped with minced garlic marinated meat, carrots and onions (onions can be used last if you prefer them crunchy).

  3. Add water to cover and cook on high for 12 to 15 mins.

  4. Add onion (and dried chili) on top and continue cooking on low for 4 to 6 hours.

  5. Before finishing, stir in vinegar, seasoning, sesame seed oil, watered-down cornstarch, (chili paste if youre using), peanuts, cook for another 20 mins.

  6. Stir, taste, adjust and enjoy.
