Sause, use a small pan. Put the oil, lemon zest, chicken stock (I used the powder)sugar,salt and honey. Mix well. Put the lemon slices and leave the sause to boil for about 30minutes..

Remove the lemon slices,add the slurry, i added alittle more flour and keep mixing to make the flour dissolve. Add sesame seeds,and pour the sause on the chicken..

Use a colander to keep the sause without any lemon pieces/zest. The sause is ready..
