I am copying the exact recipe below but here are my suggestions/modifications based on the I was unable to find the noodles they use at Chang's and used bahn pho rice sticks instead.

Chang's Garlic Noodles are a quick and easy Chinese noodle dish copycat dish you can make without the heavy flavors of a chow mein.
Chang's Garlic Noodles is not a complicated one but there are some unique ingredients in the dish that you are going to want to use.
Serve over brown rice, white rice or crispy noodles!

Combine your broth, ginger, soy sauce, Sriracha and the chili paste, lime, lime zest, vinegar, both the sugars and bring it to a boil.

Cut your chicken into strips and coat with cornstarch.

Once broth is on a boil add the chicken.

The broth mix needs to be boiling so your chicken can cook fast just dunk your chicken in the broth and let it cook then… Add your tomatoes and your carrots or mushrooms… After the chicken is cooked add some of your green onion and some of your cilantro let it boil and just let it cook.

Cook noodles while soup is cooking.

Once soup has cooked for about 20 minutes get your noodles and pour soup over noodles top with green onions and cilantro and enjoy :).
This recipe is all over the web, and it is usually touted as the PF Chang's recipe.
I don't know if it the same, as the waiter told me the chicken was lightly breaded in potato flour.
