You can cook Ginger Dressing Coleslaw using 4 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Ginger Dressing Coleslaw
-
You need 1 (10 oz) of bag angel hair shredded coleslaw cannage.
-
It’s 3/4 cup of ginger sesame dressing (I used Newman's Own).
-
It’s 1/3 cup of dried cranberries.
-
It’s 1/4 cup of sunflower kernels.
I use red cabbage and napa cabbage for the slaw base.
Napa cabbage is a heartier leaf, also called Chinese cabbage.
The tender leaves are soft and sweet, and the small grooves on the surface help to capture more dressing onto the greens.
It's a lot like coleslaw, but instead of a creamy mayo dressing, Asian slaw is made with a light, zesty dressing with Asian-inspired flavors, like the sesame and ginger you'll find in this one.

This stuff is just as easy as classic coleslaw, and the method of making it is pretty similar!
Start by mixing up your dressing.
In a small bowl, combine the cabbage, carrot, onion and radishes.
In another bowl, whisk the vinegar, lime juice, oil, garlic, ginger, sugar, salt and pepper flakes.
Pour over cabbage mixture; toss to coat.
