You need 1 dash of sea salt.

It’s 1 dash of pepper.

You need 1 dash of flour, parsley, oregano.

You need 1 dash of cornstarch if desired for thickness.

You need 1 of tastes great w/ any vegetables.

You need 1 dash of veg. oil.
Easy to make but I needed to add extra broth.
I added some garlic and some frozen peas. had to add more beef broth.

This is a yummy stew. . . you can omit the veggies, and just put it over rice or bread.

coat meat w/ flour,oregano,parsley. or season to ur preference..

add seasoned meat to hot oil, cook til all peices of meat r browned..

while meat is cooking add the water, beef boullion(or stock as sub. for both) into large pot or crockpot.

add can of potatoes cut in halves, & corn let sit covered on med./high heat.

when meat is browned, add to water mixture, do not drain..

let simmer on med. heat 30 mins. then add the rest of ur vegs. let simmer for an hour, meat will be tender and add sea salt and pepper to taste.
It is a snap to make, and very versatile!
We don't eat red meat so this was a pretty heavy dose for us especially after we eat the leftovers tomorrow.
This is honestly the easiest beef stew to make and it has all of the traditional goodies in it.
From the chuck roast to the carrots, leeks and onions, it is full of flavor.
And it has white wine that gives it a wonderful taste when it all cooks together - don't worry, the alcohol from the wine will cook right out.
