Stuffed Pepper Casserole instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cut the tops off the peppers, remove the steams and seeds.

  3. Mix the meat and spices together.

  4. Pack the meat into each pepper.

  5. Place the top of peppers back on.

  6. The leftover meat brown in a pan..

  7. Add spices of the sauce..

  8. Add tomatoes and raisins simmer 10 minutes add maple syrup and stir in.

  9. Add the peppers in the sauce and bake in oven for 1 hour.

  10. Add cheese to tops of peppers where the steam was..

  11. Take out of oven.

  12. Cut the peppers down the middle and place in a pan.

  13. Pour sauce over the top.

  14. Add the rest of the cheese.

  15. Put into oven for 30 minutes.
