  1. Boil the eggs and peeled d shell and set a side.

  2. In a heavy bottom pan, add oil and fry onions and green chilles till brown caramalised.

  3. Add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smells goes off.

  4. Add garam masala.,chilli powder and salt according to taste.

  5. In another pan, heat oil, fry the boiled eggs for 3 to 4 mins with chilli powder ..

  6. Add the eggs to the pan.

  7. Cover with a lid and simmer for 3to 5 mins.

  8. Serve hot with chapati and rotis or rice.

Add turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli and salt.

Add tomatoes and cook till the oil leaves the sides and add water to de glaze.

Make the egg and onion filling by combining chopped boiled eggs, fried onion, and chopped dill.
