Egg spinach Bonda. Unlike the egg pakoras/bajji this Muttai Egg Bonda s are made with thick batter contains chopped onions and chilis'. Egg bonda recipe also called as egg bajji or egg pakora. To make these delicious bonda or bajji, boiled eggs are dipped in a spiced batter and deep fried until golden.

Hard boiled eggs are coated with a thick batter made of spiced gram flour.

These Palak/Spinach Bonda can be served with some green chutney, coconut chutney, or with your favorite ketchup.

  4. Now stuff the spinach mixture in the eggs..

  5. Dip in the gram flour batter and fry till golden brown..

  6. Serve hot with any type of sause..
