Egg spinach bonda. Unlike the egg pakoras/bajji this Muttai Egg Bonda s are made with thick batter contains chopped onions and chilis'. Egg bonda recipe also called as egg bajji or egg pakora. To make these delicious bonda or bajji, boiled eggs are dipped in a spiced batter and deep fried until golden.
Hard boiled eggs are coated with a thick batter made of spiced gram flour.
These Palak/Spinach Bonda can be served with some green chutney, coconut chutney, or with your favorite ketchup.

Now heat a pan with 1tbsp of oil…. add cumin seeds…and chopped spinach..Stir until water evaporates…Then add egg yolks..Mix..Well and add salt,black pepper powder..and grated cheese…Mix well and switch the flame off..

Meanwhile prepare the batter…Add all ingredients of batter in a bowl and make a little thick batter using water..

Fill the spinach mixture in the eggs..

Now dip filled eggs in the batter and fry till golden brown..
