It’s 1/2 of BHUT JOLOKIA chilli paste (half is enough to make extreme spicy).

You need 1 tablespoon of Mustard Oil.

It’s 15-20 gms of Ginger garlic paste.

Take a pan, heat well add mustard oil 2 teaspoon, add pinch of turmeric powder add the boiled eggs to it fry till it turns out brown.Take out to a bowl..

Add rest mustard oil to the pan, heat well add chopped onions saute well. Add ginger-garlic paste to it mix well, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, mix well add chopped tomatoes, bhut Jolokia paste, cover the lid for 7-8 mins in low flame..

Open the lid add half cup of water, mix well, pour the fried eggs, mix well till thick consistency..

Add coriander leaves chopped and mix well. Can have it with steam rice, chapati etc..
