Blend the mangoes in a mixer to a smooth puree, add it to the cooled milk and mix well.

  1. It’s 2 litre of milk.

  2. You need 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.

  3. You need 1 cup of mango puree.

  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of mangoes chopped.

  5. Prepare 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds.

  6. It’s 1 cup of mixed fruits like apple, banana.

  7. Prepare 2 tablespoons of custard powder.

  8. Prepare 3 tablespoons of sugar for custard and 1 cup sugar for rasmalai.

  9. It’s 2 tablespoons of Dry fruits almonds,cashews and pistachios.

You can make fruit custard, chocolate custard, caramel custard, strawberry custard or mango custard.

I prefer using vanilla flavor as it is the most loved flavor and goes well with any fruit or dry nuts and dry fruits.

The consistency of the custard depends on the amount of custard powder used.

  1. Boil half of the milk.

  2. Add the lemon juice to get chhena.

  3. Sieve it to get paneer.

  4. Now wash it properly to remove lemon flavour.

  5. Now transfer in a bowl.

  6. Rub it by hands to get a smooth texture.

  7. Now make small tikkis of it.

  8. Meanwhile make sugar syrup by add ing sugar in 1 litre water.

  9. Add rasmalai in this boiling sugar syrup.

  10. Boil for 6 minutes covering by a lid.

  11. Now make custard of rest half of the milk.

  12. Keep milk to boil.

  13. Add sugar.

  14. Add custard powder dissolved in 2 tablespoons of cold milk.

  15. Stir well so that lumps are not formed.

  16. Now let it cool down to room temperature.

  17. Add rasmalai in it.

  18. Add mango puree.

  19. Mix well.

  20. Keep in refrigerator.

  21. Add all fruits and dry fruits.

  22. Serve chilled.

Heat the remaining milk with sugar, bring it to a boil and then add the custard powder milk mixture to it.

Here I have used vanilla flavored custard powder.

But if you get your hands on mango flavored custard powder then PLEASE use that.

So I had added some mixed chopped fruits (banana, mangoes, apples, pomegranate arils) in his custard after finishing the photoshoot.
