In a saucepan heat oil and take 1/4 cup of the mix and pour. Let bubbles appear after 1-2 mins. Flip gently and cook for another 1-2 mins. Set aside. 1 cup All-purpose Flour will yield 20 pancakes. Set aside and complete the batches..

Garnish with pomegranate and frozen berries sautéd in little oil. Enjoy hot.
