  1. Take oil in pan add dabeli masala (available easily in any store)mix it for around 2 to 3 minutes then add potatoes mashed, salt if reqd, imli chutney and mix well slowly potaotes will coat masala then take one plate and spread it evenly let it cool down garnish it with some dry coconut, grapes, pomegranate..

  2. Take pav slit it from one side spread garlic chutney, imli chutney, add potato mixture1 tbsp add chopped onions, and masala sing on it..

  3. Take a tawa add 1tsp ghee, butter or oil place pav filled and roast it from both the sides till pav turns crisp.Dabeli is ready to serve..

  4. If you dont get dabeli masala then take one small bowl add 1 tbsp dry coconut, salt, sugar, red chilli powder, garam masala, pinch of sugar, coriander powder, zeera powder add 1 tbsp water and mix it well so that all masala gets properly mixed then follow above procedure..
