For stuffing: add grated Gobhi,ginger,green coriander, green chilli,chat masala,black salt,dry pomegranate seeds,hing and salt,mix well..

Roll a roti with the dough,and fill the stuffing..

And now roll the paratha..

Heat a tawa,greased the ghee put the paratha on tawa spread ghee on both side..

Shallow fry from both side till the golden brown..
