Radish Paratha step by step

  1. Add 1/2 spoon salt to flour and knead it with water and let it rest for 15-20 mins.

  2. Squeeze radish with hand as it contains lot of water Now put radish in a muslin cloth and squeeze again by twisting as this is the best technique for extracting liquid to the fullest.

  3. Add all the masalas to radish and prepare mixture.

Also as radish leaves a lot of water it was a tough job to roll while stuffing, so I love this version for its quickness and ease.
