  1. Wash the radish. Peel and chop it into small pieces. Chop tomato into small pieces as well..

  3. Now add the green peas. Keep the simmer low and fry it for 5-8 mins. Add 1 tbspn salt to it. Frying happens faster with salt.

  5. Once its cooked properly, add gram flour. Spread it evenly. Saute it well again. Keep it on low flame for another 2-3 mins. Add oil to mix it well. Spread coriander over it..
