Ingredients of Raw banana kabab

  1. It’s 6 of raw bananas boiled.

  2. Prepare 1 of small onion chopped.

  3. You need to taste of Salt.

  4. It’s 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  5. Prepare 2 of medium size boiled potatoes.

  6. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.

  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Chat masala.

  10. You need 1 tsp of roasted cumin powder.

  11. You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.

  15. It’s 2 tbsp of rice flour.

  16. You need 1 of bread slices.

  17. Prepare 5 tbsp of oil for frying.

How to Make Raw Banana Kabab.

Boil the banana with the peel till it becomes soft.

Remove the peel, mash and then roast the banana with ginger garlic paste using some oil.

After roasting, add the cheese and all the other powders.

Raw banana kabab instructions

  1. Mash the boiled raw bananas and potatoes smoothly, add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder, chopped onion,ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder,rice flour, coriander leaves, lemon juice,green chilies, chat masala, mix very well and make a semi soft dough.

  2. Now grind the bread slices,add bread crumbs,fried onion and ginger garlic paste and mix again well.

  3. Now make the kabab in round shape..

  4. Add little oil in pan and Fry from both sides until golden. kabab should be fried at medium high flame. Serve hot..

Make small cutlets, place a piece of cashew nut at the centre and dip them in a mixture of maida and water.

Keep adding more oil if required at any stage of frying Keep checking for the colour of the kebab.
