In a pot, braise with ghee the following: green chillies, chopped onion, jeera seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves, crushed garlic and mustard seeds.

Once golden in colour, add 1 tablespoon red ginger garlic Then add green bananas that have been peeled and cut into thick slices or diced. Add a cup of water and allow to simmer with the pot lid closed on a moderate heat allowing to cook until done….
