You need 500 gm of Maida.

Prepare 100 gm of Suji.

Prepare 100 gm of Til.

You need 1 kg of Sugar powder (bura).

Prepare 300 gm of Desi ghee.

Suji maida laddu π step by step

Take a pan and add the desi ghee in it. Also add Suji and maida in it. Fry it till it gives brownish colour. Atleast fry it for 15-20 minutes at low flame..

Take a pan and fry til for 5 minutes at low flame and grind it for 10 seconds. Cool it for 1 minute..

Then, mix the mixture of Suji and maida, fry til and sugar powder (bura). Then make small circle of the mixture..

Now, your Suji maida laddu are ready to eat. Serve it with almonds..
Put suji into the wok and mix well with a ladle until a good aroma comes out of it.
Start making round shape balls with your bare hands when the suji is still warm.
Arrange the balls or laddus in a plate and enjoy your snack!!!
